How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take around 3-5 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. The process starts from the day of the mould appointment or when I receive the mould.

What materials do you work with?

I mainly work with Sterling Silver, 9ct and 18ct yellow/rose/white gold.

I am flexible and willing to work with other materials if they align with your design idea.

What is the process for creating a custom piece?

For grillz, you can either order a mould kit from my website and send it back to me or you can schedule in an appointment and get the mould done on site. Once I have received the mould and it is precise, we run through and decide on a final of the design you have in mind. Once you pay for the deposit I start working on the order, taking about 3 - 5 weeks. Once it’s all done I will let you know and after I have received the outstanding amount we can organise to pick up or ship for you. I recommend scheduling in to get your moulds done to ensure everything is done properly so I can work as precisely as possible. Also pick up for an in-person fitting just to make sure everything properly fits.

For other pieces of jewellery, you can schedule in an appointment as we work together on understanding what the design on the piece is. I can give you a quote and if you are happy to proceed, I’ll take the deposit and start working. Once it’s all done in about 3 - 5 weeks pick up or shipping is available for you.

How do I take care of my grillz?

To keep your grillz in good condition and looking their best, it's important to take proper care of them. Here are some tips to follow:

1. Avoid wearing them while eating or drinking anything other than water to prevent food and drink from getting trapped between the grillz and your teeth, which can lead to decay or damage.

2. Regularly clean your grillz with a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste, and rinse them thoroughly with warm water to prevent the buildup of plaque, bacteria, or food debris.

3. Store your grillz in a clean, dry place away from heat sources or direct sunlight when not wearing them to prevent damage or loss.

4. Use only non-abrasive cleaners and gentle cleaning methods to avoid damaging your grillz with harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

By following these care tips, you can help ensure that your grillz stay in great condition and continue to shine for years to come.

Do you offer repair or resizing services for jewellery and grillz?

I may offer repair services depending on the issue, but I can only offer resizing for jewellery and not grillz.

Can you make a piece of jewellery with my own materials??

If you have any gemstones or pieces that a dear to you and would like to be used in your piece, I will do my best to figure out a way together to make that work!

However, I won’t be able to use and gold or silver that you may own.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of my products, returns or refunds are not possible. I guarantee that the grillz will fit the moulds taken, but I cannot guarantee a perfect fit in your mouth.

Once work begins, refunds are not possible, and you will lose your deposit in the case of cancellation.
